On behalf of the Care in the Air Symposium Organizaing Committee, we thank you for your support. Your sponsorship entitles you to exhibit at the conference – the information is listed below.

Exhibits Location 2nd Floor – Room: Conservatory Lounge (layout TBD)
Set-up Times Friday, May 1 – 7:00am to 8:00am
Tear-down Time Friday, May 1 – after 6:00pm
Exhibit Times Breakfast: 8:00am to 8:30am
AM Break: 9:45am to 10:15am
Lunch: 11:35am to 1:00pm
PM Break: 2:00pm to 2:30pm
Networking Reception: 5:00pm to 6:00pm

Space Parameters
  • Exhibit space: 6’ Tabletop Exhibit (8’ x 6’)
  • The space will back against a wall/window and will not be draped
  • One 6-foot draped table and two chairs will be provided
  • Standard power and internet (Wi-Fi) can be provided can be provided upon request
Space Assignment Space selection will be prioritized based on sponsorship level once the floorplan/layout has been finalized. All spaces will be marked on-site by the set-up time

Vantage Venues is able to accept packages for the conference starting Monday, April 27, 2026. Your Shipping Label should include the following:
